How long is my commitment?

There is no commitment on your part after the first month. You may terminate at any time. If you decide to terminate for any reason we will send a copy of your data to you.

Can we use our existing PC's?

The optimal device for accessing your new server is the use of a Thin Client, where there are no moving components to fail, and the power consumption is minimal.

Yes. All desktop computers are supported, and can be turned into a terminal.  Windows desktops after XP have the software pre-installed, and Apple desktops can download a small file to access the servers.  Older PC's can be converted into "thin clients" with a small hardware change and software install.

What if I need more powerful servers?

Your server can be optimized at anytime to meet your computing needs.  As your staff grows, you only need to add a seat fee per person.  All hardware upgrades are included.

We can increase memory size, number of processors, processor speed, or storage space to meet your needs as your company grows.  We can even add multiple servers for redundancy or to add new services.

Everything you can do with a traditional "in-house" server environment, we can handle.

What if I lose my Internet connection?

If you cannot connect to the Internet, we can intervene with your provider if you chose for no additional charge.

If you lose your Internet connection during a session on your server, generally, your session will pick up right where you left off after you authenticate.

How often is my server backed up?

Your server is backed up in real time via a system of snap shots.  Additionally a full backup is stored at the end of each day.
